Exciting Announcements for Beaufort Town Center Shopping Plaza

Beaufort Town Center Shopping Plaza has welcomed several businesses this past year, including

New businesses:  Welcome to Dos Amigos. In addition to delicious lunches and dinners, Dos Amigos offers flights of tequila, mescal and margaritas plus salsa dance lessons and trivia competitions.

Clean Eatz is under new ownership.  We can feel and taste the improvements brought by new owners Kristie Lengel and Frank Calise.  Stop by and say hi! Sharon and I picked up their grab and go dinner and we really liked the quality and the flavor.

Southern Carpet Wholesale is open next to Omni.  They had their Business After Hours welcome party last week with great food and a big turnout.  If you need flooring or cabinets, stop by.  They have been successfully serving our community for years.  Welcome!

Athena Marble:  They can help you with you remodeling needs including marble, cultured stone and other surfaces in addition to cabinets.  Their many years of success tell you they are doing things right.  Let them help you!

Coming soon.  The drawings show how we plan to redo the vacant space in the plaza.  Some of the committed business coming include:

Hank’s She Crab and Seafood Restaurant – Soon you will find your favorite She Crab Soup AND local sea food right in the Plaza.  Outdoor dining is planned.

Wild Birds Unlimited – Get your birding supplies and take a stroll or ride on the nearby Spanish
Moss Trail.  Great gifts and quality supplies provided by local owners will make this a favorite.

RLB Distillery – We are excited that Beaufort first distillery will be making and selling rum, vodka and bourbon in the Plaza.  You and watch the process and share the results with friends.  A great entertainment addition!

The Cracked Egg Restaurant – Fast becoming a “go-to” restaurant for breakfast and lunch in our area, the Cracked Egg in the Plaza will also be open evenings with entertainment and a full bar.

Grounded Running Beaufort – A premier provider of running gear, apparel, accessories and nutritional needs to all levels of runners and walkers. They’re also very involved in our community and host several runs throughout the year.

University of South Carolina Beaufort. USCB will bring more students and faculty to Beaufort as they work with the City to revitalize the historic campus.  Please welcome their arrival on August 19. Whether as customers, employees or as new friends, it’s great to see our USCB Sand Sharks in town.
